Can I Use Micellar Water To Clean Makeup Brushes

I spot cleaned my brushes with micellar water...

...and my god information technology did a practiced job!! My eye brushes were soft and fluffy and as clean every bit they are when deep cleaned with water & soap!

Has anyone else tried this?

I do this besides! I've been using the L'oreal one only I'll accept to endeavor the Garnier one when it runs out as I call back it's a little better priced.

I've used both and definitely prefer the Garnier one, it'southward cheaper, you get more product and it performs really well!

Simple has a good one for this considering it'due south great at removing powders/eyeshadow well, just not as good with foundation/concealer, eyeliner, and mascara.

Where did that light-green smudge come from?

I dearest micellar water, I use it as a makeup remover. Very gentle. Totally not surprised that it works well for brushes.

I am guilty of using my Bioderma for this purpose, merely only on my liner castor.

But it works! I wouldn't use bioderma crusade it's so expensive merely drugstore micellar is good for brushes!

I don't own whatever sponges at the moment but give it a shot! It cleans my MAC 130 of foundation well.
